A team player is a person with an opinion and capable of making decisions that impact the company’s leading edge and goodwill! Silent team players send many businesses inadvertently into bankruptcy, mainly because the boss can’t handle remedial change brought on by a powerful team they’d rather silence or fire, than let them win the race and receive the credit or, lets the team walk all over himself/herself because they can’t recognise self-interest, neither in themselves, nor in the team and so can’t tell when they are being conned or misled!
